DailyNote — How to delete your data

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and account from DailyNote at any time. This page explains how to do so and what happens when you do.

How to request deletion

Send an email to:

glavenopolis@gmail.com

Subject: Data Deletion Request — DailyNote

Please include the email address or name associated with your account so we can locate your data.

What gets deleted

Upon a confirmed deletion request, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Your profile information (name, email, settings)
  • All daily support logs you have created
  • All contacts, clients, and related records
  • All invoices and NDIS documents stored in the application

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting any records you wish to keep before requesting deletion.

Timeline

We will action your deletion request within 7 days of receiving it and send a confirmation email once complete.

Facebook-connected accounts

If you signed in via Facebook, you can also revoke DailyNote's access to your Facebook account at any time through Facebook's App Settings. Revoking access removes our ability to log you in via Facebook but does not delete the data already stored in DailyNote — please send a deletion request as described above to remove that data.
